Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Includes all original tags, packaging, and invoice

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made clothing

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, or hygiene-sensitive products

2. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is returned damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error

  • The item is returned after the 7-day window

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale" cannot be refunded or exchanged.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered. To request an exchange, please email us at iconicimpact06@gmail.com before shipping the item back.

6. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once the return is approved. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.

7. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
